The heavy lifting? It’s their expertise.

How to check your City Link tracking number?

Nobody likes the waiting game. Even worse, nobody likes waiting for something you won’t know the ETA of.

Of course, you would want to know when someone or something (in this case, your consignment) is arriving.

You definitely can!

Simply track your parcel with the City-Link Tracking Number you have upon ordering or sending on City-Link’s tracking system online.

There and then, you can track your parcel by 3 methods: by consignment note, by reference number and by attempted delivery number (yellow card).

  1. Head on to City-Link Tracking webpage

(the tracking page of City-Link)

  1. Choose between the three (depending on the type of consignment number you have) and insert your number.

The maximum tracking number you can look up for, at one time is 30 numbers.

  • Track by Reference Number

Reference numbers include delivery orders, invoices and order reference number.

  • Track by Consignment Note

Generally, this is what you have when you use courier services. The tracking number, as we call it.

  • Track by Attempted Delivery Notice Number (Yellow Card)

So you have missed the delivery. A yellow card with a number will be left at your door. Use the number here to check for your parcel’s status.

Once you’ve decided, click on whichever tracking method applicable and move on to the next step.

  1. Insert your parcel tracking number and press Enter.

You should have a tracking number given to you when a parcel is sent out or when a parcel is expected.

To track your parcel, in the empty tab (as shown), type in your tracking number and press Enter.

  1. Track and trace your City-Link parcel.

When you press Enter, you will get to this page detailing your parcel’s whereabouts.

What you can expect to see:

Details from where and when your parcel is dispatched and when it was delivered can be tracked on this page.

You should be able to expect the ETA of your parcel (sooner than expected or later than expected).
